For your convenience we have substantially simplified the procedure of apartment reservation. The only thing you have to do is to send us a fax with apartment reservation request with the dates of your arrival and departure, the class of the apartment you need and other requirements one week before your arrival. In response, you will be immediately sent our confirmation. Upon your request, our driver will meet you at the airport or railway station and drive you directly to your apartment.

Tourist Visa

Especially for our guests, we provide assistance in obtaining tourist visas. If you need an invitation letter, you should follow all our instructions:

1. You should pay one day of your stay in our apartment. This sum will be included in your bill for further stay.
2. The payment is made through Western Union.
3. You should send us the number of the fax to which we'll send the invitation letter and the following information:

• your full name;
• your citizenship;
• your passport data;
• the date and place of the issuance of your passport;
• term of validity of your passport;
• term of your stay in Ukraine.

As soon as we receive the money transfer, you will be sent an invitation letter that will enable you to get Ukrainian visa in one day.
